Decorating Kitchen to Lose Weight

When you employ home decorations at home, think of the psychological effects it can have to you. For example, dining area should be decorated in a way to stimulate appetite. On the contrary, kitchen must be decorated in a way to suppress appetite if you are on a diet routine. Colours are to be considered in any home decorating. Incorporate your kitchen interiors, plates, mats, etc., with blue, violet or indigo colours since these are known to suppress appetite. Splash a little green into the kitchen with your mugs and wall accents for relaxation. Yellow, orange or red are for the dining areas only. Use white light to make you aware of what you are eating. Accent walls with mirrors to see yourself and remain focused on your weight plans. Finally, accent your kitchen table with bowl of fruits to encourage healthy snacking.
